"Jai Mata Di! Took our parents (both 65+) for the first time. The priority pass was a LIFESAVER — others were waiting 6 hours, we got darshan in 45 minutes. The guide Gopal ji knew every ritual perfectly. My mother cried at the pindis — a moment we will never forget. Firstraveller made this happen smoothly."

"Did this solo on Navratri — absolutely magical atmosphere on the trek at 3 AM. The whole mountain filled with 'Jai Mata Di' chants, lamps, and devotion. The guide helped me skip the queue entirely with the priority pass. 16 km trek was challenging but deeply rewarding. Will do again every year."

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the Vaishno Devi trek? +
The main route from Banganga to the cave shrine is 14 km one way (28 km round trip). Takes 5–7 hours up and 3–4 hours down. Pony and palanquin are available for those who cannot walk.
Is there a battery car option? +
Yes! A battery car (golf cart) is available from Katra to Banganga and from Sanjhi Chhat to Bhawan for elderly and differently-abled pilgrims at extra cost (₹200–500 approx).
Best time to visit Vaishno Devi? +
Open year-round! March–June and September–November are ideal — pleasant weather. December–February has snow on the path — crampons needed. Navratri (April & October) is very crowded but spiritually charged.
What should we carry for the trek? +
Warm jacket (even in summer nights are cold), comfortable trekking shoes, rain poncho, torch/phone, water bottle & snacks. We provide a detailed packing list on WhatsApp after booking.
